Snow ????

Snow???

 So i went out to go get supplies, crickets, mice, etc and its snowing heavily about the size of silver dollars. i made a quick video will post when i have the chance

So big news everyone

I just got my dream reptile. But before i go into detail i am going to talk about the week.

 So the start of the week was ok i fed my kingsnake on sunday and he ate 2 + 1 really small one about the size of a penny pinkies. i did some more cage work on the snakes and water dragon enclouser, as well as the gecko tank. i will have pics up most likely tomorrow night. i went on another hike few days ago and found this really cool lizard but decided to leave it alone since it was missing its tail and was extremly fast.

NOW FOR THE BIG NEWS

 Ok so yea my dream lizard did not cost that much he was pretty cheap around 70.00 and i had the tank and some decor. so all i needed was a hide another basking log and food and water dish as well as substrate. i found a pretty good deal on this light so i went with it. i spent a little more then i wanted but well worth it. its a zoo med uv basking light or something like that. it has uvb + uva + heat. it provides a uv range of 3 feet. the guy actully proved it to i was having some time beleving it but he had a uv gauge thing and sure enought. that cost me 50.00 OUCH!!!! but it works excellent.

I would Recomend Any of these products for this lizard (Have not yet told you what). The powersun is great cause it is an all in one light, it provides uv up to 3 feet (Proven Fact) It has a nice feature it shuts its self off if the area around it or in the terrarium is really hot. It will shut down for about 15 mins for a cooling period then turn back on. As well Zoomed covers it with a 1 year warranty. so if something goes wrong with it they will replace it. (must send warranty card in)

 So What Requires A Desert Theme? As Well As A 100 Watt Bulb?

New Tank Designs

Yep I went hiking the other day and found some neat pecies of wood and baskingrocks. so the kingsnake tank looks extremly cool. it has braches all over. and the corn snake got a basking rock and a peice of wood that goes from one corner to the other. the water dragon got a big bracnch and a big rock, and the leo got a basking rock

Feeding Time

Update On My Crested Geckos

So as some of you know i own a couple of cresed geckos that i rescued from a person who didnt know much about them. Well about 2 days ago while i was moving some tanks around and i happen to look inside after words and notice that the were fighting so i seperated them and went out and bought a 10 gallon tanks. so here is there setup.
